For over 50 years, Continental Noodles has been the place to find authentic, Italian artisanal pasta handmade with only the finest ingredients. Our family story began in 1967 when Franco Liberatore started making 100% durham semolina pasta unsurpassed in texture, colour and quality. Franco had a deep appreciation, and keen eye for high quality pasta. 

That appreciation of quality and attention to detail was Franco's legacy, passed on to his son, Vince Liberatore, who took over the family business. 

Vince's vision was to grow the family business into a gourmet pasta emporium. Our products are now available for sale in our retail shops and the finest restaurants and grocery stores in the GTA. 

Everything that we do comes from our family's love of Italian traditions and specialities, and each of our products reflect our admiration for true artisan techniques. We hope that we give you a small taste of our passion for pasta.

We've owned and operated our shops in Toronto for over 50 years, and to this day, Continental Noodles continues to be a family tradition with three generations running the day to day operations of the family business.
